Admins create named automations with separate quotas and permissions. Produced content is attributed to the automation — never a person.
ONBOARDING
The web collects facts. The agent runs the interview.
Web onboarding is LLM-free and gathers languages, industry, and size. Customers then choose their chat agent and best available model for the interview.
VALIDATION
The harness never gets the final say.
Everything saved by an agent is validated server-side against schema, quality, authorisation, and organisation boundaries. Unknown fields and spoofed tenant data are rejected.
