One user may connect several of their own devices and AI clients within the plan limit. Each teammate has a personal identity.
AUTOMATION
Named, quota-bound, and visible.
Your own agents use admin-created agent keys. Each key has an automation identity, separate quotas, and independent revocation.
SIGNALS
Patterns matter more than one event.
Unexpected concurrency across networks, extreme daily volume, and many parallel conversations may be flagged. Multiple devices alone do not trigger restriction.
ESCALATION
Visibility first. Conversation next.
The path is soft: an admin signal, a friendly upgrade notice, then restriction only after continued abuse or a breached quota. Decisions remain reviewable in the audit trail.
